As a regional and family-owned business, Jim and Aimee have created a highly motivated team to support their client base.

We are currently engaged in several projects in the Victorian Goldfields, NSW Riverina and surrounds and we are looking for some experienced Industrial Electricians and/or 4th Year Apprentice to work with us in the short term to help with delivery. You will need to be adaptable and innovative to help us deliver exceptional customer service to our customers.

We want to hear from you if you have experience in working on projects across in the mining, and agricultural sectors.

What a day onsite on these projects looks like:

Collaborate with engineers and project teams to plan and execute electrical installations and upgrades.

High voltage installations

New industrial installations including:

Installing underground conduit and cable trays

Installing and terminating cabling and

Connection and commissioning of control systems and electrical equipment

Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and drawings.

Construction and wiring of switchboards and control panels.

Your experience, qualifications, and core talents:

Current Victorian A Grade licence and safety awareness plus three to five years of experience as an Industrial Electrician.

Knowledge of the operation and maintenance of a wide variety of electrical equipment.

Ability to maintain and perform a high level of professionalism, integrity, and appearance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to get on with a wide variety of people.

Adaptability and continuous learning

Forklift licence

High Risk EWP( above 11m)

Working rights: You will need full Australian working rights to be considered for this position. You will undergo a police check, have a valid driver’s licence.

When: Looking for 4 – 5 months work with an immediate start

Hours: Different rosters will be available for these positions depending on the project allocated with possibilities including

- 10 days on 4 days off.

- These positions offer competitive rates and penalty rates. Paid travel with accommodation provided and meal allowances.
