We are currently seeking an experienced Roller Operator for ongoing subdivision projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate roller to compact limestone subgrade and base layers

Work closely alongside a grader operator to maintain proper levels and compaction

Maintain and inspect equipment daily

Adhere to safety standards on active construction sites

Requirements:

Previous experience operating rollers on subdivision or roadwork projects

Familiarity with limestone compaction

Ability to work as part of a team, especially in coordination with grader operators

Current Roller ticket

White Card

Drivers license & reliable vehicle
