The Parkside Foundation Aged Care Team is seeking a highly motivated individual to join a small , collegial team in the management of supports and services for older people who wish to remain in their homes.
To be successful in the role, the person must have a passion for working with older people to help them "to live a full life with purpose" and have experience in package management.
