We’re a family-run cleaning company based in Berwick 3806, providing domestic & commercial cleaning services across South East Melbourne. We believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion, making every home (or office) we clean a better place.

Who We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking women who are ready to commit to 30–35 hours per week, Monday–Friday, and can start immediately.

The ideal team member will be:

Reliable, punctual, and committed to regular work.

Compassionate and respectful – with a passion for helping others.

Comfortable working alongside and assisting a diverse range of people, including elderly clients.

A team player who enjoys working with others but can also manage tasks independently.

Detail-oriented, with the common sense to handle cleaning tasks efficiently.

Essential requirements:

Full working rights in Australia

A valid driver’s licence

Your own reliable vehicle

No prior cleaning experience required – we provide full training. A positive attitude matters more than experience.

What We Offer

Rotating shifts Mon–Fri, between 6:00am – 6:00pm

Example shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm or 9:30am–5:30pm

From $32.31 per hour + 12% Superannuation + paid travel allowance

Flexibility to suit your preferences/lifestyle where possible

What You’ll Be Required To Do

Execute comprehensive cleaning tasks, ensuring homes are immaculately cleaned and organised to our high standards.

Interact respectfully and compassionately with our diverse clientele, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.

Collaborate effectively within our team to complete tasks efficiently and uphold our service excellence.

Drive extensively throughout South East Melbourne to clean homes and offices.

Ensure the welfare of clients by reporting any concerns or observations during visits.

Take responsibility for locking clients' homes securely and managing home and office security systems as needed.

Behave professionally and proudly while wearing our provided uniform, representing our company's values and commitment to excellence.

Care for and maintain our products and equipment responsibly, ensuring they are handled with care and kept in good working condition.
