About the role

Rate: $38.81 per hour + super
Location: CBD office with potential WFH flexibility after training

What will my day to day look like?

This role involves processing tasks, managing inbound/outbound calls.

You will also:

• Handle inbound customer calls efficiently
• Proactively make outbound calls to ensure smooth transitions and support
• Perform various processing tasks as needed

What skills and experience do I need?

You have excellent communication skills and a positive, hardworking attitude. You love learning and helping people. You are keen to learn and grow within the bank.

• Experience in customer service within banking is a plus
• Recent Finance graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
