We're hiring Support Workers in Toowoomba for immediate roles, with more opportunities as our services continue to grow. We support people across all areas of disability, including physical, intellectual, neurological, and psychosocial needs.

👉 We are currently seeking support staff to provide 24/7 supports, particularly those with experience in neurological conditions, mental health, and health-related support needs.

The people we support can't help the challenges that come with their disability, but we can help by being there with care, compassion, kindness, and without judgment. That's why we're looking for Support Workers who are resilient, patient, and confident in managing challenging behaviours, while always maintaining professionalism and respect.

About the Role

You'll provide person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Each day will be different, but your role may include:

Personal care and daily living assistance

Supporting mental health and emotional wellbeing

Community access and social inclusion

In-home and overnight supports (including times where you may simply be present to ensure safety)

Domestic assistance with the participant to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment, while encouraging independence

Helping participants build capacity and achieve their goals

What We're Looking For

Genuine, reliable, and compassionate people

Strong communication skills, written and verbal (shift notes are essential)

Experience supporting people with physical, intellectual, neurological, or psychosocial disabilities (highly regarded)

Minimum of 2+ years experience in disability support is required

Cert III in Disability or equivalent (Cert in Mental Health highly regarded)

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)

Current First Aid & CPR Certificates

Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Modules (or willingness to complete)

Driver's licence and reliable vehicle (insured)

Flexibility to work across days, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers

Must have current Australian work authorisation
