About the Role
Are you an active, patient, and experienced Disability Support Worker looking for casual work with flexible hours? We have casual positions available supporting customers through In Home Support and Community Access Services across Moreton Bay, including Pine Rivers, Petrie, Warner, Bray Park, Kallangur, and nearby suburbs.

You’ll assist customers providing meaningful encouragement, promotion, and support tailored to their individual goals.
Shifts vary between 2 to 10 hours, running from early mornings (6 AM) through to evenings (7 PM), with some weekend and occasional early evening shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Providing personal care and domestic assistance
• Encouraging and promoting independence through active support
• Supporting customers with patience and understanding
• Building positive, trusting relationships with customers and families
• Maintaining accurate daily progress notes and incident reports
• Working alongside a motivated team to deliver quality care

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in disability support, especially with non-verbal and complex needs
• Active, patient, and motivated attitude with a passion for making a difference
• Reliable with your own vehicle for travel between locations
• Comfortable working flexible shifts including weekends and early evenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Essential Requirements
• Valid driver’s licence (P2 or open class) with own reliable vehicle
• Senior First Aid and CPR certificate
• NDIS worker screening clearance (yellow card)
• QLD blue card (working with children check)
