About the role

We are seeking an experienced Landscape maintenance/cleaner to join our team at Unit Care (Aust) P/L' in Brisbane, QLD. This is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the gardens and landscaping at our client sites. Body Corporate cleaning is also required.

What you'll be doing

Carrying out general garden maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and leaf blowing

Ensuring garden beds, pathways and other outdoor areas are kept clean and tidy

Identifying and reporting any issues or maintenance needs

Adhering to all health and safety procedures

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

Light cleaning duties eg vacuuming, mopping and cleaning windows of Body Corporate areas of client buildings

What we're looking for

At least 1 years' experience in a similar gardening/landscaping maintenance role

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to a high standard

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Ability to operate basic gardening equipment and machinery

Good communication skills and customer service orientation

Commitment to workplace health and safety
