Salary:
$75,000 - $90,000 Depending on experience

We’re looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team and help deliver outstanding guest experiences while supporting smooth day-to-day operations. What you’ll be doing

Customer Service – Lead by example on the floor, set service benchmarks, and ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience.

Labour Management – Support rostering and shift management to balance service standards with labour efficiency.

Training & Development – Recruit, onboard, and coach team members, building skills and confidence across the venue.

What we’re looking for

Previous management experience in hospitality.

Strong service focus with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

A proactive leader who takes ownership and drives consistency.
