About the role
As the Venue Manager of KB's in Noosa, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful day-to-day operations of the venue located in the stunning Noosa Heads, Queensland. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your exceptional hospitality and management skills to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of venue operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budget oversight
Deliver exceptional customer service both through team leadership and hands on delivery
Implement effective marketing strategies to promote the venue and drive increased foot traffic and revenue
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team and ensuring to upskill all those around you
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
Collaborate closely with the accomadation and travel side of the business to achieve the goals set out
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar venue management role within the hospitality industry
Proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of venue operations, including staff, budgets and marketing
Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with operators within the industry
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-focused mindset
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Thorough knowledge of relevant health, safety and licensing regulations
Current RSA/RCG certification and liquor licensing knowledge are essential for this role
Hands on Manager who's not looking for a desk job and will lead from the front of house
Applicants must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
