Your Role

As a Sales Professional at McGrath Toowoomba, you’ll be an integral part of our growing team, helping clients achieve their property goals while building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from property listings to settlement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and the local community.

Conduct property appraisals, inspections, and open homes with professionalism and attention to detail.

Prepare and present property marketing campaigns to achieve optimal results.

Negotiate contracts and provide clients with expert guidance throughout the transaction.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold McGrath’s reputation for excellence.

Stay up to date with market trends, legislation, and industry best practices.

About You

Passionate, motivated, and results-driven with a commitment to outstanding client service.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Ideally, some experience in Real Estate or Sales; open to motivated individuals eager to learn.

High standard of personal presentation.

Driver’s licence and access to a car.
