Role Overview

We’re hiring Casual Cleaners to support clients in your local area—Brisbane Northside, Redlands/Logan, or Bayside.
You’ll handle a mix of residential and commercial sites, working independently with the backing of a professional and positive team.

Casual role (no subcontracting)

Approximately 20 hours per week to start, with opportunity to increase

Work close to home in your chosen area

Pay & Hours

$33.50/hr + super, paid weekly

Approximately 20 hrs/week starting point with room for more as we grow

Flexible scheduling (AM/PM shifts and weekend options available)

What You’ll Do

Clean and maintain homes and workplaces to Thrive’s high standards

Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising and restocking supplies

Work independently while staying connected with your supervisor for support

Use all company-supplied equipment and training to set you up for success

What We’re Looking For

Current Police Check OR willingness to obtain one (we’ll assist)

Reliable car and valid driver’s licence

Strong attention to detail & ability to work without supervision

Friendly, professional attitude when dealing with clients

Experience in cleaning is a plus—but reliability and attitude are what matter most
