Job Overview:

We are currently seeking reliable and dedicated casual cleaners to join our team to help with our growing list of happy clients. If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, we have an immediate start for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of various areas.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in classrooms, lunchrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas.

Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly and safely.

Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

Follow all safety and health guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

minimum 6 months domestic or commercial cleaning experience.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

Current driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Current National Police Certificate or ability to obtain one before starting

Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks including lifting up to 10kg and standing for extended periods

Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa with appropriate work rights

Location: This role is based in West Ipswich. We have customers in Ipswich, the wider Brisbane Region and Lockyer Valley. In Qld, BAAM Property already has locations in Ipswich and Stanthorpe and we are expanding.
