In WA, fast-tracked qualification pathways are available for those with prior experience or international qualifications — making it faster to obtain your Diploma or Bachelor degree and continue advancing your career.

What You Need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

WA Teacher Registration (or ability to obtain it)

Minimum of 1 year of experience delivering a Kindergarten or Preschool Program

First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificates

Working with Children Check (WA)

Passion for inclusive education, learning through play, and creating lifelong learners

Current & valid Australian work rights & Photo ID.

Desirable Skills, Attributes, and Experience:

Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations to plan, implement, and evaluate tailored educational programs.

Proven experience as an Early Childhood Teacher, creating inclusive environments for children of all backgrounds and abilities.

Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.

Skilled in observing, documenting learning, and using relevant software for planning and communication.

Collaborative, working well with educators, support staff, and families, with ongoing commitment to professional development
