BASQ is a modern, premium restaurant and bar at Essendon Fields, offering high-quality dining, corporate events, and now an expanded morning café service. We are seeking both a Senior Café Professional and Experienced FOH Waitstaff to join our team.

The Roles

Senior Café Professional (Mornings)

Full time, 7.30 am starts

Prepare and serve coffee to a high standard

Lead morning café service with a bubbly, welcoming personality

Assist with light food service and set the tone for daily operations

Experienced FOH Waitstaff (Evenings & Functions)

Deliver professional, attentive table service in a premium dining environment

Strong wine knowledge and understanding of sequence of service

Provide warm, polished service for à la carte dining, events, and functions
