Bitumen Sprayer Operator – TfNSW

• Location: Narrandera, NSW
• $45.69 per hour + Super + Overtime + Allowances
• 9 Day Fortnight – 76 hours per fortnight
• ASAP start | 3-month assignment with high chance of extension

We are seeking an experienced Bitumen Sprayer Operator to join the Transport for NSW team based in Narrandera. This is a fantastic opportunity offering an immediate start, competitive pay, and long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a truck-mounted bitumen spray plant
• Perform manual labouring tasks using powered & non-powered tools
• Conduct pre-start safety checks, basic maintenance, and reporting
• Lead small teams when required, supporting safe and effective delivery
• Ensure compliance with WHS and environmental requirements
• Follow quality standards to meet project specifications

Mandatory Requirements:

• White Card
• WOF (Workers on Foot)
• HC Truck Licence (or higher)
• Dangerous Goods Licence

Highly Regarded:

• Traffic Control ticket (or willingness to obtain)

Additional Information:

• Police check required (candidates may commence prior, but termination applies if issues arise)
• This role may require camping away, particularly during sealing season (Aug–Apr). Accommodation provided when working away from Narrandera depot.
