We currently have opportunities available throughout Singelton, Muswellbrook and Upper Hunter Shires working on one of our major contracts. Asplundh is seeking candidates that can work the following positions in a full-time capacity with occasional living away work:
EWP Operators
Groundline Cutters
You will work in a crew of 2 people and will perform vegetation management duties around powerlines. Your tasks will range from:
Observing
EWP Operation
Cutting
Chipping
Traffic Control
Vegetation identification
Customer relationship management
Implementing safe work practices
Upkeep and maintenance of vehicles, tools and equipment
Use of tablets and various technology devices
We are seeking experienced vegetation workers or those seeking a career change and see it as an industry for their future.
It is highly desirable if you have the below:
OHS Construction Card (White Card)
MR Drivers Licence or higher
EWP Operators will require a High-Risk EWP Licence
Certificate II in ESI with Groundline or EWP units
ESI Refresher completed in the last 6 months
