We’re seeking a Strategic Account Director to take ownership of one of the most important enterprise client partnerships in the digital health sector. The Role
As the senior-most member of the Strategic Growth team in Australia, you’ll be responsible for both client development and hands-on execution. You’ll combine strategic vision with the energy and confidence to influence senior stakeholders, while building trust through authentic and lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for a complex enterprise client.
- Quickly build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Identify and convert new growth opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and case studies at executive level.
- Roll up your sleeves when required to ensure critical activity is delivered.
- Act as a role model and mentor to elevate junior team members.
- Partner across internal teams to influence and achieve client outcomes.
About You
We’re looking for a strategic account leader who blends enterprise sales acumen with executive relationship management and brings energy, confidence, authenticity, and commercial impact.
You will bring:
- A proven track record managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts.
- Experience influencing at board/C-suite level.
- Strategic leadership skills with the ability to design and deliver growth programs.
- Strong commercial mindset — translating “green shoots” into tangible results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with polish and credibility.
- High emotional intelligence and resilience — genuine, warm, and humble.
- A collaborative leadership style, mentoring and lifting those around you.
