Your new role

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the finance team mainly with the Credit Control function on a day-to-day basis and liaising with the team overseas too.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new and existing customers' creditworthiness by conducting credit checks and setting appropriate credit limits.
  
• Process invoices, track payments, and manage the sales ledger to ensure accurate financial records.
  
• Chase overdue payments via phone, email, and other communication channels to recover outstanding debts.
  
• Address and resolve customer queries, payment discrepancies, and billing issues efficiently.
  
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while enforcing payment obligations and fostering loyalty.
  
• Reconcile complex accounts and payments to customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
  

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will be responsible for the duties outlined above and will require the following:

Essential experience

• Previous experience in a similar role and fluency in Vietnamese are highly preferred for this opportunity.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• A relationship-oriented approach.
  
• Effective time management skills.
