Key Responsibilities include

Project Planning and Design: Develop and review detailed engineering plans, designs, and specifications for civil construction and plant service projects.

Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of construction and service delivery.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, resolving any design or construction issues that arise.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, plans, and correspondence.

Sustainability: Integrate sustainable practices into project designs and construction processes.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on civil construction and plant services.

Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, MS Project and project management tools.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Full time approximately 38 hours a week.
