A global consulting firm with international reach and headquartered in Melbourne are looking for an individual to support, manage and maintain their application ecosystem.

The Role

You will be responsible for the core business applications of the organisation, incorporating a combination of support, maintenance and projects.

Specific duties are included, but not limited to:

• 2nd and 3rd level technical resolution
• Ensuring core IT applications are fully functional, well-maintained and secure
• Undertaking and leading an array of IT application projects
• Stakeholder engagement to determine whether core IT applications are meeting requirements
• Contribute to the strategic direction of business applications and IT more broadly.

Your Profile

You will have extensive experience in the support, maintenance and deployment of business applications.

Specifically, you will have:

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities
• Vendor management experience
• Exposure to application security
• An ability to train and educate end-users in the use of applications
• A background of managing multiple applications.

You will have experience of supporting and administering Salesforce, alongside other applications.

From a business perspective, you will have confidence engaging with stakeholders at a range of seniorities to understand requirements and help them achieve business outcomes.
