The Position

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong skill set in employment law and ER/IR
• Confident managing sensitive employee matters and communicating with stakeholders.
• Specialist with hands-on experience dealing with Fair Work, unions, and complex employee matters.

Responsibilities:

• Point of contact for disciplinaries and complex employee matters.
• Support front-line leaders in managing ER/IR issues.
• Provide guidance and advice on EBA matters.
• Act as the primary stakeholder communicator for sensitive or high-impact cases.
