About the Role:

We are currently seeking motivated and compassionate male and female Disability Support Workers for immediate start across the Fraser Coast region.

As part of our team, you will:

Support children, young people, and adults living with disability

Provide person-centered support independently and in group settings

Assist with community access, social support, recreational activities, and daily life skills

Provide behavioral support and advocacy

Assist with personal care, meal preparation, domestic tasks, and promote independence

Uphold Beyond the Spectrum's values of passion, integrity, respect, and empathy in every interaction

What We’re Looking For:

Full availability across a range of shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnights, weekends)

Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role

Confidence to train within Complex Care teams

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow support plans and organisational policies

Essential Requirements:

Current QLD Driver’s License

Registered, roadworthy vehicle with insurance

Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)

Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)

Willingness to undertake training in Complex Care and safe medication administration

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

Position Type: Casual

Shifts Available: must have full availability for a variety of all

Morning / Day / Afternoon / Evening / Night / Overnight

Weekends and Public Holidays
