Are you a skilled farm hand looking to take the next step in your agricultural career? We're seeking an experienced Farm Worker to join our progressive cropping business in Finley, NSW.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Farm Worker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This position involves in field operations, machinery management, and crop production, and offers a genuine career path within a supportive team environment

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planting, cultivation, irrigation, and harvesting of summer and winter crops

Operate, maintain, and calibrate a range of farm machinery (tractors, sprayers, seeders, harvesters)

Monitor crop health, pest/disease presence, and soil conditions

Maintain records for crop activities, machinery use, and maintenance

Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards

Support general farm upkeep, including fencing, shed maintenance, and irrigation system care

What You'll Bring

Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in broadacre cropping (essential)

Skilled in operating and maintaining agricultural machiner

Familiarity with irrigation systems, fertiliser application, and crop protection methods

Ability to assess crop and soil conditions and take proactive steps

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and comfortable working in variable outdoor conditions

High attention to safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency

Licences & Qualifications

Australian Driver's Licence (required)

MC Licence (desirable)

Chemical certification (desirable)

Trade qualification in agriculture or similar (preferred)
