Indoor Plant Hire Technician – Brisbane - Part time or Full time

We’re a small family business looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Indoor Plant Hire Technician to join our team, caring for plants in offices, restaurants, and commercial spaces across Brisbane. Currently looking for either a part-time or full-time employee, or someone who would like part-time work that grows to full-time.

About the Role
As an Indoor Plant Technician, you’ll be responsible for the service and maintenance of indoor plants at client sites. This includes watering, cleaning, pruning, pest management, and ensuring plants always look their best. All equipment, a vehicle, and training will be provided.

What We’re Looking For

A genuine passion for plants and horticulture (qualifications are a bonus but not essential).

Someone who is hands-on, proactive, and takes pride in their work.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and time management skills.

Fit and healthy – the role involves some bending, lifting, and moving plants.

A current driver’s licence essential (manual strongly preferred).
