About the Position
We're looking for a passionate team member to step into the role of Customer Engagement Coordinator within our Customer Engagement team.
This role is key to ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive experience from first contact through to onboarding and beyond.
You will be connecting customers with the right services, supporting them to achieve their goals, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage referrals, intake, and onboarding processes.
- Provider clear, person-centred communication to understand customer needs and goals.
- Build strong relationships with the NDIA, Local Area Coordinators, hospitals, schools and other referral sources.
- Use your customer service skills to attract, support, and retain customers.
- Ensure accuracy in financial service contracts and maintain high data integrity.
- Contribute to team goals and support Ability WA's strategic initiatives.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience in disability, aged care, health, or customer service, with a strong understanding of customer value.
- Communicates clearly and builds rapport easily.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts well to change.
- Is organised, proactive, and a confident problem-solver.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and Client Management Systems.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) relevant clearances and licences.
Please note: Relevant clearances and licences (e.g. NDIS Worker Screening, National Police Clearance, Driver's License) must be current or able to be updated as required for the role.
