What We Offer

Award wages (Hair & Beauty Industry Award 2025 – Level 5+)

Superannuation 12% paid on top of wages

Saturday penalty rates +33%

Annual leave & sick leave (permanent entitlements)

Product allowance + sales performance bonus

Permanent role – minimum 30 hours/week guaranteed (avg ~31.5 hrs; hours may vary)

Full-time-like security with part-time flexibility

Roster Example

Monday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

Thursday: 9:00am – 9:00pm

Friday: 11:00am – 5:30pm

Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (+33% penalty applies)

About You

Reliable, punctual and passionate

Strong technical fundamentals & excellent client service

Confident English for consultations & teamwork

Experience with Asian hair is preferred

Eligible to work in Australia (visa holders welcome)
