GP Skin Co Subiaco & Jupiter Cosmetics is seeking a Full-time Medical Receptionist to join our team in Subiaco, WA. This is a Full-Time Position that plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our busy general practice. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing high-quality customer service while supporting the practice team through a variety of administrative and operational duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner

Answer phones, manage bookings, and confirm appointments

Arrive patients at the front desk and manage appointment scheduling, ensuring the correct examinations are booked based on request forms

Assist with new patient registrations and data entry

Handle accounts, banking, Medicare batching, and other billing activities

Process payments and Medicare claims

Creating and assisting with social media content and marketing initiatives

Provide a high standard of patient care and customer service by anticipating, recognising, and meeting patient needs

Always protect patient privacy and dignity, and aim to ensure patient comfort

Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk

Perform general office duties such as scanning, filing, and emailing

Support clinical staff with basic administrative tasks

Contribute to quality patient care through effective delivery of admin services

Cooperate and assist other team members during busy periods

What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service (medical/cosmetic/beauty preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confident using computers and able to learn new systems quickly

High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment

Professional presentation with a friendly, approachable manner

Social media/content creation skills highly regarded

Reliability and commitment to full-time hours in Subiaco
