About the Opportunity:

Clarity Partners is partnering with a leading global advisory and brokerage business with a strong presence across Australia. With deep expertise in insurance, risk, and employee benefits, the firm is recognised for delivering tailored solutions that help organisations protect their people and unlock growth opportunities.

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager with knowledge in Employee Benefits programmes to join the Perth team. This is a high-impact role where you will manage a portfolio of clients, build long-term relationships, and expand Health & Benefits offerings in the WA market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan for Health & Benefits in Western Australia, meeting growth targets.
  • Manage and support a portfolio of existing clients while driving new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with General Insurance Brokers and other internal colleagues to integrate Health & Benefits solutions.
  • Partner with senior leaders and the Health & Benefits team nationally to align strategy and execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proven relationship builder with strong experience in Health & Benefits, Group Risk Insurance and/or Private Health Insurance.
  • Skilled in sales, business development, and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Comfortable working independently as the sole Health & Benefits consultant in WA.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or finance (desirable) and Tier 1 accreditation (required).
  • Well-networked in the WA insurance and employee benefits market, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
