A highly successful and fast growing MSP in Melbourne's South East is looking to take on a Senior Network Engineer to their team. The company has seen excellent results over the last couple of years and as a result are building out their capabilities. The Senior Network Engineer will be involved in a mix of Project and BAU and be responsible for meeting with customers, understanding their requirements to then design and implement networking solutions in a client-centric approach.

The main responsibilities:

• Take ownership of Network related solutions
• Work closely with the other Senior Network Engineer to design and implement projects
• Lead migrations, deployments & roll outs of Fortigate Firewalls and SDWAN Solutions
• Lead wireless and voice projects ( Ubiquiti, Access4 )
• Act as a technical lead to develop junior and aspiring Network Engineers
• Resolve complex technical queries as a senior escalation point
• Ensure quality documentation of work

The experience required:

• 5+ years experience as a Network Engineer
• Must have proven experience designing and implementing solutions
• Must have previous MSP / Customer facing experience
• Senior level Routing & Switching ability
• Must have hands on experience with NGFW - Fortigate
• Experience mentoring or leading junior engineers is advantageous
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Industry certifications highly regarded - Fortinet, Cisco
