We currently provide intranasal esketamine (Spravato) treatment programs for people living with treatment-resistant depression. We have clinic sites across Australia and see people of all ages and backgrounds to help them find a way to manage their mental health.

The Role

We are seeking a compassionate Psychiatrist to join our telehealth team. You will play a central role in assessing and managing patients remotely, prescribing esketamine where clinically appropriate, and guiding patients through their treatment journey.

This role suits a psychiatrist who is excited by emerging therapies, enjoys working flexibly via telehealth, and is committed to safe, structured, patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning via telehealth

Prescribe intranasal esketamine (Spravato) in line with TGA and PBS guidelines for eligible patients seeking treatment

Provide ongoing psychiatric follow-up, monitoring treatment response and safety

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (nurses, psychologists, care coordinators) to deliver integrated care

Maintain accurate and compliant medical records

Contribute to continuous improvement of our treatment protocols and patient experience

About You

Specialist registration with AHPRA as a Psychiatrist

Current authority to prescribe Schedule 8 medications (or willingness to obtain)

Experience managing treatment-resistant depression and related conditions

Strong commitment to patient safety, evidence-based care, and ethical prescribing

Comfortable working via telehealth and using digital health tools

Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach
