About the role

As a MOZAIK DRAFTSMAN, you will play a vital role in the design and development of custom-built wardrobes and shower screens for our clients. Working within our Minto, NSW workshop, you will use MOZAIK software to create detailed design plans that bring our clients' visions to life. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of carpenters and cabinet makers.

What you'll be doing

Utilise MOZAIK software to design custom wardrobe

Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and transform their ideas into detailed design plans

Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and align with manufacturing capabilities

Liaise with clients throughout the design process to gather feedback and make revisions as needed

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all design work

Continuously expand your knowledge of the latest design trends and technologies in the industry

What we're looking for

Proficiency in using MOZAIK software for design and drafting

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret client requirements accurately

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop innovative design solutions

Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and collaborate with the production team

Understanding of cabinet making principles and industry standards

Relevant qualifications or experience in design, drafting, or a related field
