MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES of the Position:

Ø Provide the overall Operational Leadership and support the Cultural expectations of the designated Service Delivery areas, and operate within the policies and procedures of the organisation

Ø Minimum 3-5 years of disability accommodation management experience required

Ø Support opportunities the NDIS provides for growth in Accommodation Program (SIL and ILO). Ensure service delivery areas are compliant with, NDIS and any other funder organisations both from a Quality and Financial perspective.

Ø Working knowledge of NDIS systems and requirements essential

Ø Responsible for overall Financial Performance of the designated service delivery areas.

Ø Basic budgeting and financial management experience required

Ø Support the implementation of a Workforce Strategy that complies with the relevant Industrial Instruments as well as the flexibility to deliver support services to participants of the NDIS.

Ø Continued embedding of Infinity Support Services Australia's "Customer Experience" strategy through education and consumer feedback as part of ISSA's NDIS strategy for success in the NDIS.

Ø Responsibility for the monitoring and compliance with the ISSA "Service Delivery Model" which embeds 'choice and control' of individuals as a key attribute to support ISSA in the NDIS.

Ø In conjunction with the other Service Delivery Managers and Operations Managers implement the relevant services departmental plans in alignment to the Strategic and Operational Plans of ISSA.

Ø Responsible for implementation of the ISSAs Learning and Organisational Development strategy and employee ensure compliance with all mandatory training requirements within designated areas.

Ø Certificate IV qualification or higher required
