Responsibilities

As a Retail Consultant, you will:

• Greet and assist new and existing clients in the clinic
• Provide expert advice on healthcare products and services
• Support clients with product set-up and ongoing guidance
• Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing support
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to meet client needs
• Manage daily clinic operations and administrative tasks
• Use Google Suite and internal systems for documentation and reporting

Your Profile

We’re seeking a motivated, people-focused professional who thrives in a healthcare or retail environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales roles

• Confidence working independently and managing day-to-day clinic tasks
• Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and other common software
• A genuine interest in health and wellbeing, and a desire to help others
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
