Responsibilities
As a Retail Consultant, you will:
- Greet and assist new and existing clients in the clinic
- Provide expert advice on healthcare products and services
- Support clients with product set-up and ongoing guidance
- Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing support
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to meet client needs
- Manage daily clinic operations and administrative tasks
- Use Google Suite and internal systems for documentation and reporting
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people and making a positive difference through exceptional service.
Your Profile
We’re seeking a motivated, people-focused professional who thrives in a healthcare or retail environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales roles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Confidence working independently and managing day-to-day clinic tasks
- Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, and other common software
- A genuine interest in health and wellbeing, and a desire to help others
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service
