About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused all rounder to join our dynamic team at Heats Bakery and Cafe' in Cockburn Central, WA. This is a casual position, offering flexible work hours to suit your lifestyle. As an all rounder, you will have the opportunity to gain experience across a range of hospitality duties, from serving customers at the counter to preparing and serving food and beverages.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner

Assembling and presenting food items such as sandwiches, salads, and baked goods

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including cleaning and restocking as needed

Assisting with other tasks as required, such as inventory management and customer service support

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, ideally in a cafe or similar environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude towards your work
