Bluestone is partnered with a growing Developer and Builder who specialise in a diverse range of residential builds.

An opportunity has arisen for a newly created Maintenance & Warranty Manager to join the business, this senior role will manage a nimble on-site & admin team as well as continue to establish/improve systems and efficiencies within the business as it continues to grow.

Reporting to the head of Construction, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations across completed construction sites.
• Manage maintenance planning, staff coordination, compliance, safe working practices and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee onsite Maintenance team, and Administrative Support staff to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks and administrative processes.

About You:

• Previous experience in managing a maintenance/warranty team
• Advanced level of skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Attention to detail and strong accuracy skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solutions orientated & ability to be hands on when required
