Practice Nurse – General Practice

We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a strong commitment to patient-centred care. A genuine passion for general practice, childhood development, immunisation, chronic disease management, and wound care is essential.

We welcome applications from new graduates, as comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Administering immunisations

Managing chronic disease care plans

Providing wound care and dressing management

Assisting GPs with minor surgical procedures

Conducting triage and clinical assessments

Participating in quality improvement and infection control initiatives

Overseeing clinical stock and inventory management

Essential Criteria:

Current AHPRA registration

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong patient and doctor-focused approach

Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment
