Effective Building Group (EBG) are a self-delivering, multi-trade building service provider specialising in commercial and government sector projects across WA. Our core services include building, carpentry, painting, refurbishment, and remedial works.

We’re currently looking for an Experienced and Motivated Labourer/Trades Assistant who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in our ever growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

Working hands-on across a wide variety of commercial and government projects

Supporting out in-house trades across a variety of maintenance and construction projects

Assisting with site preparation, clean-up, material handling and minor repairs

Driving between jobs and organising tools and materials as required

Using AroFlo job management software – full training and ongoing support provided

What You’ll Need

White Card (Mandatory)

Valid Drivers Licence (Mandatory)

Experience in commercial maintenance and general building works

Comfortable with a mix of hands-on-work, solo tasks and working within a team

Safety focused

Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude

Good communication and organisational skills

Experience with hand tools and basic power tools (Preferred)

Existing training licences and accreditations – such as High Risk Work, Working at Heights, and EWP are highly regarded but not essential
