About the Role:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers and Packers to join a busy contract manufacturing company based across Beenleigh and Luscombe. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, packing a variety of cosmetic and personal care products including shampoos, conditioners, and lotions.

Shifts:

Standard shifts: 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Work hours may fall between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

In some cases, 4-day work weeks are also available

Key Responsibilities:

Packing and handling of cosmetic products (shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and related items)

Assisting operators and working alongside permanent staff in hands-on roles

Following instructions to ensure production targets are met

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Ensuring product quality and packaging standards are met

Requirements:

Previous experience in production, packing, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential)

Physically fit and able to stand for long periods

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Must adhere to site requirements: no makeup and no strong fragrances

Steel-capped boots or safety shoes
