About the Client

Our Client is a leading provider of high-quality precast concrete products across Australia. Their product range includes reinforced concrete pipes, box culverts, and concrete pits. They are dedicated to safety, efficiency, and delivering consistent quality while providing secure and rewarding employment opportunities.

What you will be doing

Successful candidates will work Monday to Friday, commencing at 5am each day. Our client has multiple positions available, working in either Production or Quality Assurance. Core duties for these roles include;

Production

Setting up moulds

Stripping moulds

Assisting with concrete pours

Concrete casting

Ensuring the workshop/yard is clean at all times

Quality Assurance (QA)

Check reinforcement steel, cast-in items, and post-pour measurements

Complete QA documentation, reports, and concrete testing records

Label finished products with correct identification

Assemble, strip, lubricate, and clean moulds

Carry out trowel finishing and maintain workplace cleanliness

What you will need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport

Physically fit and able to perform labour-intensive work

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Previous precast experience (desirable)

Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
