About the Role

As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll play a key role in providing a positive and enjoyable experience for our members and guests. This hands-on position involves customer service, maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering friendly, professional, and attentive customer service.
- Assisting members and guests with gaming-related enquiries.
- Promoting and upholding responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and responsible conduct of gambling (RCG).
- Handling cash and transactions with accuracy.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment.
- Supporting team members and contributing to the overall success of the venue.

About You
- Current RSA & RCG competency cards (essential).
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
