The lodge provides a variety of accommodations, including lodge rooms, eco-tents, and camping sites, along with amenities such as two swimming pools, restaurants, bars, a general store, and access to Yellow Water Cruises and the Warradjan Cultural Centre.

Job Description

Provide professional interpretation of Kakadu’s flora, fauna, history, geology, and culture during land and water tours.

Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all vehicles and vessels before and after each tour.

Promote Accor’s services, contribute to guest satisfaction, and actively participate in indigenous engagement and employment.

Demonstrate commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards in all daily activities.

Qualifications

H endorsement passenger vehicle license and Senior First Aid Certificate are mandatory at commencement of employment.

Open driver’s license and Senior First Aid Certificate required at commencement of employment.

Kakadu Knowledge for Tour Guides accreditation, or willingness to obtain, is necessary.

Strong communication, team building skills, and proven experience in guest service or tourism (1–2 years preferred).
