Your new role:
As a Graduate Speech Pathologist, you will deliver high-quality services across Logan Hospital's adult inpatient wards, rotating through both acute and sub-acute care settings. You'll gain experience in a variety of clinical areas while working within an interprofessional team to support patient outcomes.
- Provide speech pathology assessment, intervention, and discharge planning.
- Rotate across acute, sub-acute, and rehabilitation units, including ReACH services.
- Deliver education and supervision to students and allied health assistants.
- Participate in service improvement, research, and quality initiatives under senior guidance.
About you:
We are seeking a motivated graduate who is eager to develop clinical expertise in a supportive hospital environment.
- Ability to deliver patient-centred, evidence-based speech pathology care.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively in teams.
- Commitment to learning, professional development, and reflective practice.
