We're looking for a warm, hands-on Dental Assistant who’s all about creating calm, connections, and confidence in Shenton Park. If you're that person who turns nerves into ahhs and transforms clinical moments into mini spa visits, you're our kind of human.

You’ll be the soothing presence behind the scenes—prepping treatment rooms, supporting our team, and gently guiding patients through their care journey. In your skilled hands, every patient’s visit becomes a moment of comfort and ease.

What You'll Be Doing

Prepping treatment rooms with precision and care

Chairside assisting during procedures, with mindfulness and calm

Sterilising instruments and keeping clinical zones pristine

Offering comforting touches—smiles, weighted blankets, gentle reassurance

Helping patients feel informed, supported, and actually excited about their visit—yes, really

Managing clinical supplies and keeping them topped up

Updating records with care and attention to detail

Assisting with 3d printed models, x-rays, or lab tasks

Collaborating closely with the front-of-haus team to deliver seamless experiences

Occasionally lending a hand at community events or patient experience initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience as a Dental Assistant—or in a caring healthcare support role

A naturally calming presence with empathy to spare

Great communication and collaborative energy—you lift others, and they lift you

Organised, precise, with a knack for multitasking in a joyful way

Comfortable with dental software and digital record-keeping

A commitment to clean, safe, and relaxed care environments

Cert III or IV in Dental Assisting is a bonus—though a willingness to grow goes even further
