Due to a number of trainees successfully completing their traineeship, we are actively seeking motivated individuals to join our traineeship program and launch their scaffolding career.

What We Are Offering:

Comprehensive Training: a structured training plan with hands-on experience and mentoring, with all necessary PPE and tools provided, while fast-tracking your Certificate III in Scaffolding. You will earn:

Forklift Licence

Working at Heights

Basic & Intermediate Scaffold Ticket

Rate of Pay: Start at $32/hour in the yard, and as you become site-ready, enjoy milestone pay increases over 15 months—reaching $45/hour upon completing your Intermediate Scaffolding Licence.

Life Skills Program (LSP): Access our industry-leading program, which aims to provide a holistic set of life skills that will benefit you in various aspects of your personal and professional life.
