The Position

In this role, you'll work together with the Head of Finance. An inspiring and forward-thinking leader who's passionate about mentoring and supporting your professional development. This is more than just a job; it's a chance to play a key role in the company's growth trajectory while taking on a broad range of responsibilities, including (but not limited to):

• Month End - Balance Sheet / PnL Reconciliations, Reporting & Analysis
• Preparation of month end / management reporting
• Preparation of project reporting and forecasting
• Assisting with budgeting / forecasting and cashflow reporting
• Payroll - supporting monthly payroll including all payroll reporting & compliance
• Preparation of GST, GST, FBT, Payroll Taxes, Income Tax
• Supporting with all Audit processes
• Adhoc tasks as required - involvement with projects, driving systems and process efficiencies

About You

• CA Qualified or similar
• Experience with Manufacturing / Construction or similar highly desirable
• Strong exposure to Australian Tax - reporting and compliance
• Experience with WIP / Project Accounting highly desirable
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Excel - demonstrated experience with high volume spreadsheets, reconciliations and reporting
