Are you hands-on, hard-working, and passionate about great seafood?

We’re hiring seafood processors to join our friendly team, with casual and full-time opportunities available.

About the Role:

• Processing fresh seafood, including filleting fish and shucking oysters

• Packing and preparing orders for local restaurants and retail customers

• Maintaining a clean, efficient, and organised workspace

• Supporting a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in seafood handling (filleting/shucking) is essential

• A great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn

• Confidence working both independently and in a team

• Good communication and basic numeracy skills

• A current Australian Driver’s Licence

• Physically fit – able to lift, carry, and be on your feet for most of the day

• Monday to Saturday shifts (no nights except during peak periods like Christmas & Easter)
