Lightning Energy is seeking skilled electrical apprentices or trade assistants experienced in, or eager to learn, split system, multi-split, and ducted HVAC installations.

Based in Clayton, most of our work is within metro Melbourne, with occasional projects in regional areas like Geelong, Ballarat, and the Mornington Peninsula.What We Offer:

What You’ll Be Doing:

Installing and maintaining split system, multi-split, and ducted HVAC systems

Electrical service and maintenance related to HVAC

What We’re Looking For:

Own car (vehicle may be supplied to the right applicant)

High attention to detail

Initiative and excellent customer service skills

Knowledge of workplace safety laws

Working at heights certification

Positive, can-do attitude

Problem-solving skills

Self-driven and willing to learn

Wage negotiable depending on experience.
