Join a federally funded mental-health contact centre delivering telephone-based intake, assessment, risk triage, brief evidence-based interventions, and referrals across Australia. Work within a supportive multidisciplinary team with funded clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

What you’ll do

Provide timely intake, assessment, and risk management over the phone

Deliver brief, evidence-based single-session interventions and coordinate referrals/handovers

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold clinical governance and KPIs

Collaborate with clinicians and leaders to ensure safe, high-quality care in a 24/7 service

What you’ll bring

Experience in mental-health intake/triage and brief interventions (ideally telephone/contact-centre)

Trauma-informed, client-centred practice; strong clinical judgment; calm response to critical incidents

Excellent communication and confident use of IT systems

Mandatory requirements

One of: Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Registered Nurse (AHPRA); Social Worker (AASW); or Masters-level Counsellor (PACFA Clinical or ACA Level 3/4)

Current (or ability to obtain) WWVP/WWC check

Australian citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Baseline (AGSVA) security clearance
