Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a clean and well-maintained portfolio
• Coordinate inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Handle tenant enquiries, applications, and lease agreements
• Ensure timely rent collection and accurate reporting
• Build strong relationships with tenants and property owners

Key Requirements

• VIC Agent’s Rep Certificate & Driver’s License required
• Portfolio management experience essential
• Strong communicator with problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail & ability to multitask
• Tech-savvy with a proactive, customer-first mindset
